What is an MCP?+
The Model Context Protocol is the open standard AIs like Claude or ChatGPT use to access external data. Our MCP connects your AI securely to your Amazon account – you ask, the AI fetches the right numbers.
Which AI do I need?+
Claude works even on the free plan (one custom connector is allowed there). For ChatGPT you need at least Plus with developer mode enabled. Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Mistral and Grok work too.
What does my AI do, what does MarketplAIce do?+
Your AI thinks, calculates, writes and designs – with your own AI subscription. MarketplAIce delivers the data from Seller Central and Advertising and sends approved changes (ads, listing copy) to Amazon through the official API.
Can the AI just change things in my account?+
No. Changes to ads and listings are only prepared and sent after your explicit OK. Every change is logged.
What does it cost after the trial?+

How secure is my data?+
